New Reseller Registration
Lifeboat Distribution invites visitors to browse the products in our e-Commerce site. However, if you are a first-time reseller with Lifeboat, before you can submit an order, you must complete our new reseller registration and submit your vendor reseller certification. This ensures that we have all the information necessary to successfully process your order, and know who to contact in regards to your account. You may submit your registration request on-line or click here for more information on how to register as a Lifeboat reseller.
Requesting Your Password
If at any time you return to our e-Commerce site and cannot remember your password to access your account information or submit an order, simply click the "Forgot your password" link under the Lifeboat Login section at the top left of the page under the logo. You will be asked to provide either your e-mail address or user name and our system will send your password directly to your e-mail address that is assigned to your account within seconds!
Passwords may also be changed at any time by accessing the My Lifeboat Account section of the site.
Updating Account Information
New Home? Name Change? Relocation?
If any of the information we have for your account has changed, you may access your personal account information online at any time to update your records. Log in to your account and access the My Account menu to the left of the page and click either Change Account, Modify Address Book, etc.
Account information may be updated as frequently as necessary.
