SAN administrators or system administrators responsible for planning, installation, and management of a DataCore SANmelody solution. |

Basic knowledge and experience with:
- Storage Area Network technology
- Windows 2000 or 2003 Server
- Partitioning storage and storage management
- iSCSI and Fibre Channel Technologies
- Windows Device Manager

The course modules are each delivered in two parts:
- Lecture
- Hands-on Workshops
Delivery is via a combination of instructor led lecture and hands-on workshops. The workshops provide each student with server access to a SAN.
Each student will use SANmelody to virtualize storage, allocate storage to an application server, implement high availability configurations and manage the SAN environment. The course modules are:
