Lifeboat Distribution is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill Inside Sales Representative roles. The primary focus of the Inside Sales Rep (“ISR”) is to assist with building and maintaining relationships with existing DMR/VAR customers while owning the quote to order process. The ISR serves as an extension of the Regional Sales Manager (“RSM”). The ISR is responsible for assisting the RSM throughout the sales process, partner enablement and education, and the execution of field based marketing program. The ISR is required to provide a high level of quote to order services to the DMR/VAR. The ISR is tied to the RSM territory with identical objectives; driving sales growth, market share, and gross margin. The ISR should maintain knowledge of diverse industry trends and technologies, and routes to market. The ISR is responsible for assisting the RSM in developing and maintaining excellent working knowledge of partner processes including: partner price methods, registrations, discount pricing practices and expectations regarding all quote to order actions.
